The car itself is a Toyota 86 racing car sponsored by Kyosho under the JKB racing team and running in the Gazoo Racing 86/BRZ Championship. The driver is TSUKAMOTO Nanami (JP) and she is the driving force behind the JKB racing team, a concept team involving (cute girls) modeling-kart racing-RC racing-fashion-onemake racing. My guess is Kyosho tries to get girls more interested in the RC hobby (which is mainly a boy thing). :D
Of course, she is cute! Half Brasilian half Japanese, she is an exquisite model and racer. FYI 773 is a number which can be spelled "na-na-mi" (abbreviation of nana-nana-mittsu, litterally seven-seven-three).
The car is often exposed in the Kyosho booth during Shizuoka hobby fair, in Japan of course, along with Nanamichan.
